I was dying I was laughing so hard! I just ordered my Oomp
Loompa workout outfit and I can't wait to wear it to Moe's Turbo Kick
class next week! To be honest, my dad actually
bought the Lion when I was in highschool and I tried it for awhile.
It didn't make my abs tighter or my arms more toned, but neck
definitely felt like it was skinnier.
Seriously though, I do have a new kill the fat post in the works that will
focus on working out, but I haven't had time to finish it. Soon, I promise.
In the mean time, do the Lion and don't forget, you ain't got nothin but time,
get loose, and everybody's got a little soul in their hips! Hot Dog!

OMG i love these.. I swear that's my mom back there on the right of the boogie body.. she taught a class at "spa lady" She still does her jazzersize in the same outfits only she still wears her leg warmers!! oh i'm lol!! thanks for the inspiration! xoxo
I guess you and I have the same type of humor because I thought it was hilarious too! I just can't get over the boogie body lady who can swing her hips round and round saying funny "encouraging" comments with the music. I'm going to tell my exercise group to check your blog and watch these videos.
I know! The Boogie Body lady is hilarious. I love how she sings along and then the part where she says," if you don't have it by now, you're never gonna get it....naaaa you'll get it!"
So funny!
Oh, and I would totally wear leg warmers to the gym with some cute workout shorts if my legs and bootie were cuter! My daughter wears some to dance and I think she looks so cute!
the "lion lady" brought back some good memories. My roommate used to do her video in college! It was a great trip down memory lane.
Hahahah! How can I not comment? This is hilarious! The Lion lady scares me. I might have nightmares but all I have to remember is "oomm chikca, ooom chica, ooom - hotdog."
