Here's my pattern for the little girlies! There's a sweet, long peasant top that can be worn with skinny jeans and boots or leggings. It has rouching on the sides, vintage trim details, and vintage buttons! The ruffled edges on the bottom and the sleeves are scalloped and it dips down in the back to give it a real antique feel.
There's also a dress version that has the same rouching, scalloped edges. It features an underskirt for some extra length with a straight back and fabric covered button details. The ruffle on this sleeve doesn't have scallops to give you a different option and of course you can always add some extra trims to the dress to make it more unique.
I had a friend of mine photograph the girls for me this time, and she did the most amazing job. I know how to take pretty good pictures with my camera, but nothing like this. She was so cute with them and they actually had fun this time. I mean, we do have fun when I take the pictures, but it's always right up to my deadline and I am so sleep deprived and exhausted, that I'm not the most patient person in the world. Besides that, I have never really invested my time and energy into enhancing my photography skills. Mostly because I just don't have any extra time! I wish I did, but then I guess I don't need to right now because I have so many incredibly talented friends. Mandi did such a great job with this so I want to share some of my favorite shots. She took 269 pictures and every single one of them is good. Enjoy!
